30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee
Content: We stand behind every LIMOWARE. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a full refund. No questions asked.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at support@limoware.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours
3. Pack the item securely in original packaging (if possible)
4. Drop off at any USPS location
5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item
Return Conditions
• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Pillow should be in gently used or new condition
• Original packaging preferred but not required
• Free return shipping — we cover it!

Damaged or Defective Items
